purchased, installed one reman steering gear box and took tk. to alignment shop. gear box out 8-10 degrees. could guarantee alignment. retuned it for a second gear box, same thang bad again. requested refund to purchase a brand new gear box and that was fine until I ask about credit for my original core then after more research "time" all a sudden all they can do according to customer service is give me a third remanufactured gear box "no joke" like I have nothing better to do than r&r junk gear boxes. Web Site to hard to use. Continue Shopping doesn't retain the vehicle I'm buying parts for, so I only ordered the major part I need and will source the gaskets and such local. Tried to get 2 day shipping and your web site never gave me that option.
I ordered parts on Friday paid for Saturday delivery. Nothing arrived on Saturday I was shipping the parts to another address so they held the parts because it was flagged as Fraud. I do not have a problem with that on Monday I received an email that I need to call customer service about my order. I called around 8:30 Pacific time and spoke to customer service everything was dealt with for the Fraud and I was told I would receive my parts on Tuesday which would have been fine. BuyAutoParts.com advertises the use of Americans to answer phones. The problem with this strategy is their poor telephone response time. If you call in and ask for support, you may have to wait over an hour for someone to answer. This never happens when I called their sales department. I did learn that you should contact Sales first and ask them to transfer you to support. Otherwise, you may never get through. I'll never purchase their parts again.

when I entered by zip code for shipping charge I was quoted $9.23 for ground and when I went to check out and pay it changed to $11 something
