Never seen a checkout process quite like this sites & not very happy with the way the 2 day select shipping method changed in the end to ground shipping for the same price & the rest of the rates tripled for the same methods offered in the beginning. I hope my mind is changed after it is shipped & received.

I purchased two turbos for my Ford F-150 (SO-0501964). The driver's side turbo started making noise so I took my truck to my automotive shop and called ButAutoParts to have them send out a replacement Turbo since it was within their 12-month warranty (SO-0688356). When the mechanic replaced the turbo he let me know when the turbo failed it threw metal throughout my engine. He also let me know the passenger's side Turbo was failing also.
