I order rotor and Pads for my Truck and made a mistake, reorder.
Every shop wants to charge me $350 and up for the same piece.
Was told my repairs would cost over 1500$ but thanks to you guys I’m looking at less than 800$
Was going to order more but when I went to checkout my discount code disappeared. On hold forever with customer service and was still # 13 in line. Pretty ridiculous. Not sure I will shop here again if I can’t use the discount codes.

Agent seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. Tried online chat. Agent answered after a wait period, introduced himself then proceeded to go silent for the next 12 minutes before returning to answer multiple messages I had sent. Not sure this is a winning strategy.
Only problem I had was that I initially tried to pay with Paypal. I had to look up the zipcode for the shipping address . Somehow lost the paypal page and couldn't confrim the purchase. Tried again and Paypal tried to process the price at the undiscounted price. Would up just paying with credit card directly. Also, suggest that the font color for typing in coupons and this text box be changed from grey to black. The grey is hard to read.
