Found the part I needed from looking online. BuyAutoParts had a good price for the exact thing I needed, tried to buy it but sale would never complete online. Live chat advised me to call my order in and supplied a ph number to use. I was charged an extra $13+ for being in California. I am not in California and the hipping addres to my home is not in California.
I accepted the package as I needed to get customer going but O rings were gone and rack had been swaddled into the battered box by the Local UPS folks Need to beef up the carton and do a better job packaging these racks please ! ! ! !
I had a very hard time paying for my order. It would not let me pay with credit card. I had to go through PayPal. It took me 35 min to finally get my order to go through. Also it would not except my 20.00 coupon that you sent me for signing up

The website does not specific if parts will fit vehicles with awd. My car being awd made finding the right part very confusing. I hope in the future the site can specify that so i don't have contact customer support for assistance.
I was looking for a part that would fit my vehicle that was not rated for pag46. My system uses pag150. Rock auto had sold me one that has pag 46 installed in it, That is unacceptable since my whole system is set up for pag 150. I purchased ac lines drier and condensor that match my car. I also have the flushing system to flush evaporator out... If this works out and works more than 5 years I will be happy. Then I will also start buying other parts to make my ride be rejuvenated.
I could not complete the order unless I opened it in chrome.
Just order air compressor hope it fix my 98 Grand Marquis.
