I placed an order for a steering rack with BuyAutoParts through their Amazon site. I received notice that the part shipped on 7/3, and would arrive between 7/11 and 7/16. When I look up the UPS tracking number, the status I get is that the shipment was voided within minutes of it supposedly being shipped. I have tried contacting BAP through Amazon and the email contact on their site, but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. Would not let me get the $15 discount and pay through PayPal had to use separate credit card
Ordered and paid $350 for part June 11 with 5-7 day delivery promise. It is now July 11th, I have made 3 calls (waited over an hour on all 3 calls) and still NO part and they can't find it. They claimed to have returned my money to PayPal. No money in there yet. I re-ordered the part on line again. Let's see what happens. and ,, their Live Chat does not work. the only reason I gave one star is the system does not let me give zero. "Birdy"

Took forever to verify fit
Anxious to learn if you actually have one. I tried to order by phone after seeing one left in stock online and was told they were out of stock. 8 week wait time.
When attempting to order the chat is constantly in the way. Then when I decided to chat it took far too long for someone to come online to answer my question. I found the expedited shipping rates far too high.
Not sure if order went thru. Haven’t got email confirmation
I ordered a fuel pump on June 12, paid $400 + bucks which was a good price even though it wasn't OEM like it said on their website. Since my car was already in the shop I paid extra for 2nd day delivery, that never happened. When the part arrived almost a week later, i opened it and to my amazement the pump assembly was cracked, not a small hairline crack but a 2 inch by 3 inch piece of the house.
