Ordered an AC kit “guaranteed “ to fit my Suburban. Compressor and receiver-drier fit well. Condenser was the wrong part. Had to provide photographic proof of incorrect part and part numbers. After concession that they sent the wrong part, they asked ME to find the correct part number. I provide it. They tell me to order my own. By now, I’ve been without AC for over a week. I went on the website on my phone and it showed a $10 off coupon upon subscribing and twice I did it two make sure I got the right coupon after the first time as it showed that it was for $20 off of orders over $150 and that is what makes me completely upset at this, most likely not coming back!

I have a 2012 Mercedes C250 and I'm in need of an AC Compressor. So i gave them all my information on the vehicle and the VIN number and yet they tell me that i need more information because they are 2 types of AC Compressors...so i call the Dealership from Mercedes Benz to get the model number. and the guys from Buy Auto still can't help me on my order... just not great on working with me.
