I purchased a A/C pump witch turned out to be wrong part so I called to Exchange, after being on hold "caller number 37" for over a hour was told to call back customer service was closed. Have yet to get thru tried on line chat and never got a response still waiting.
Please add more staff to the call in customer service. 1 to 2 hour wait for each call is unacceptable

I was having trouble getting the computer to accept my order and until just a few minutes ago, I could not get a confirmation that my order went through.absolutely
First person hang up on me. Costumer service not helpful wait to talk 2 h and the person cannot help. She told me she is not allowed to help me.
