Awesome Service We have bought many cars at Bob Bell of Belair from Mark Conrad. He is by far the best salesman out there. He makes sure you are totally satisfied from the moment you walk in the door until u walk out. Our entire family have bought cars from Mark. Helped me get rid of my problem car. I had a 4 year old "2013" equinox with chronic engine issues. After working with my previous deal to no avail. Bob bell tried to help with warranty and then gave me a good trade and a good deal, stepping up to a Traverse. I made a rash/ angry decision to get rid of the equinox. Rob S. found what I wanted and got me out the door in good time. Didn't think I would ever buy another bow tie. Glad we did. Much better vehicle.
What could you not like? Internet Sales was a great experience, found the car I wanted, with the options I needed on Autotrader, Bob Bell had the best price within 1,200 miles as I live in Atlanta. They had all the original paperwork, window sticker, etc. 'Sam' walked out, took pictures, measured tire tread depth, answered questions and provided the Car Fax.
