Outstanding customer service! My experience at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Bel Air was great! I came in because my engine light was going off and on. Ken Julian was very attentive and genuinely concerned about my car issue. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained what it was in detail. I was also in for a recent recall, which was fixed that same day! Bob Bell X-Perience Justin Brown was the associate at Bob Bell that helped my wife and I with our new Equinox. It took us 2 days to narrow down the right deal and vehicle, but Justin was able to come through with all our requests and made sure we left w/ that Cross Over. Thanks again buddy. Jourdan Sr. I can't remember when I've gone into a dealership and been treated with such respect and concern.You would have thought I was someone important or something the way the people wanted to make sure I was waited on and was comfortable while waiting on my car(which by the way)didn't take no time at all,to say I was completely satisfied with the service I received would be an understatement.
Pleasant atmosphere On arrival I was met and asked what I needed. Shuttle took me home and within two hours was called advising the work was completed. Very good experience.
Great and fast this was the easiest experience I could have ever had. We did not go in looking to buy that day, just looking at test drive one. But they made it so easy hat we went ahead and purchased it. We were in and out of the dealership in 2 1/2 hours. Last time I purchased a new car it took 6 hours. I will definitely go back.
