Great Services My visit there at Bob Bell is always a charm,if I dislike anything or don't agree with something.Bob bell always corrects the problem without an argument. The only thing I wished Bob Bell did for there customers is wash my car for free. I have a friend that bought her car from Jones Junction and that's the only thing they offer more then Bob Bell.But that would be such a stress reliever for me if that service was provided as well.

Excellent Service Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not have a shuttle available on Saturday, but they went out of their way to have someone take us to and pick us back up at the mall while we were waiting for our car to be fixed. Due to the type of repair the estimated time for completion was for late in the afternoon, but they were able to finish several hours earlier than the estimated time. Highly recommend, and will definitely buy my next car there next year due to how much I value good service.
