Stress free experience Just needed a routine oil change, made my appointment which was easy to make, when I drove up the mechanics were friendly, nice waiting room.

Very Good! This was my second time having service down @ Bob Bell on my 2015 Impala. This time was much better than the first time (the first time did not go so well, as i reported previously). However, all of the service folks were very helpful, friendly, and professional this time around. One improvement area: on neither visit did I get the all points inspection summary sheet - I had to ask for it each time. Other service shops provide this automatically.

Quick Service I recently called to bring my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse in because I was hearing an odd scraping noise in my car. I took my Traverse in to Bob Bell Chevrolet at 2:30 p.m. After finding out my vehicle needed new brakes I believed that I would not be able to attend my little grandsons Halloween party at his daycare school the next day. MISTER THERE SEEMED TO BE SOME CONFUSION WITH THE AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT SYSTEM. AFTER I HAD MY CAR SERVICED THEY CALLED ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT.THER NEEDS TO BE MORE WORK ON THAT SYSTEM.
