Outstanding customer service! My experience at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Bel Air was great! I came in because my engine light was going off and on. Ken Julian was very attentive and genuinely concerned about my car issue. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained what it was in detail. I was also in for a recent recall, which was fixed that same day! Bob Bell X-Perience Justin Brown was the associate at Bob Bell that helped my wife and I with our new Equinox. It took us 2 days to narrow down the right deal and vehicle, but Justin was able to come through with all our requests and made sure we left w/ that Cross Over. Thanks again buddy.
