Great service, just one small issue Mickey my salesman was awesome. He stayed late for me and was an awesome help. Will be buying all of my cars from him going forward. My only issue with my visit was they sold me a warranty I did not need. I had been there for a few hours and was told the warranty was running out and I should purchase one. After I bought the vehicle I realized it still had a 100000 mile power train warranty. I called Zurich and they told me my "standard warranty" was not comprehensive like described to me. ... read more

Outstanding customer service! My experience at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Bel Air was great! I came in because my engine light was going off and on. Ken Julian was very attentive and genuinely concerned about my car issue. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained what it was in detail. I was also in for a recent recall, which was fixed that same day!
