2019 Chevy Cruze I got an oil change in my 2019 chevy cruze. My advisor was wonderful. The customer service was great. He did a quick walk around of the vehicle and answered my questions before he took it back. I elected to wait at the dealership and the waiting room was nice- had free wifi. My wait was under 30 minutes and when the oil change was done, my advisor said he checked fluids, tire pressure, etc and that my car was good.

Life Long Customer Upfront, Honest and Trustworthy. After visiting a local Firestone I was told my vehicle was messed up but not quiet messed up enough to worry. Shortly after that visit I decided to get a second option. I visited Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air. Ken was my associate. I told him about Firestone. He reassured me that he would look into it.
