Outstanding customer service! My car broke down on 95 after a long trip from MA. It was very stressful because I was not even in my home state and the power just went out on the car while I was on the highway. I managed to get the car to their dealership by driving really slowly and they could not have been nicer! Great Service Department I am pleased with the prompt service and professionalism of the staff in the service department at Bob Bell. They corrected the problem, which turned out to be a minor issue, but needed to be done, and only charged for the standard estimate. Expecting the car to be at the service department for several days before the mechanic could work on the vehicle, I was called within 24 hours and told the car was ready for pickup. During the phone call the service agent explained the problem with the car.
