Superb car buying experience My salesman Harrison provided excellent customer service. He listened to my needs and wants. I originally had an appointment to test drive and purchase a 2019 Equinox. There was no pressure to buy and he showed my other options based on my needs. I came back the next day with my husband and brought a 2020 Equinox Premier.

No pressure buying experience Dave Stevenson was my sales consultant. He was very patient with me and was extremely polite. At no time did I feel pressured into buying something or adding something I didn’t want. He made sure to help me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend buying from him. Great experience Very happy with overall purchase experience. Trade in value was a little short on what I wanted but they reduced the price of the vehicle I was purchasing so I was very happy. Two days after purchase of the used vehicle I noticed a dent and the dealership took care of it free of charge. Absolutely recommend bob bell for vehicle purchase/service.

I love this place ! The buying process was easy, it took a little long buying the car but the customer service was amazing and the car drove smooth. I still take my car to get serviced at the dealership and the service is always great! I totally recommend them.

top notch dealership I had two repairs that were still under warranty. Kudos to my service advisor Jamie Christopher, she was absolutely adamant about my complete satisfaction and although I arranged for a shuttle, he was running behind schedule so she let me drive the loaner truck which was an amazing new Traverse. Unfortunate for me but good for Bob Bell, THE WIFE NOW WANTS A NEW TRAVERSE.
