Great experience Very happy with overall purchase experience. Trade in value was a little short on what I wanted but they reduced the price of the vehicle I was purchasing so I was very happy. Two days after purchase of the used vehicle I noticed a dent and the dealership took care of it free of charge. Absolutely recommend bob bell for vehicle purchase/service.

I love this place ! The buying process was easy, it took a little long buying the car but the customer service was amazing and the car drove smooth. I still take my car to get serviced at the dealership and the service is always great! I totally recommend them.

top notch dealership I had two repairs that were still under warranty. Kudos to my service advisor Jamie Christopher, she was absolutely adamant about my complete satisfaction and although I arranged for a shuttle, he was running behind schedule so she let me drive the loaner truck which was an amazing new Traverse. Unfortunate for me but good for Bob Bell, THE WIFE NOW WANTS A NEW TRAVERSE.
