Transparent and professional Great staff, really helpful and patient. Made the car buying process simple and easy for us. Answered all questions and explored different options on our behalf. Went in for a test drive, left with a car.
Oil Change I went to Bob Bell just for basic oil change, very clean place, customer service and cashier was wonderful. I was greeted when I arrived and they explained to me what the process was consist of. I waited no more than 30 minutes.... (car wash was included). Excellent experience!!!!

just looking around getting ideas Really didn't expect to purchase but javier (saler rep) and (george) sale manager, worked with us to get to a comfort level for our payment. next thing you know we are driving away that evening in a 2020 Chevy Equinox, nuch sooner than the spring of 2021 which was our plan from the beginning,,, Thanks again
