Great service Went in for my normal oil change on November 13th & they were great. The young lady at the service department, Jamie is always so knowledgeable & helpful. Transparent and professional Great staff, really helpful and patient. Made the car buying process simple and easy for us. Answered all questions and explored different options on our behalf. Went in for a test drive, left with a car.
Oil Change I went to Bob Bell just for basic oil change, very clean place, customer service and cashier was wonderful. I was greeted when I arrived and they explained to me what the process was consist of. I waited no more than 30 minutes.... (car wash was included). Excellent experience!!!!
