Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I went to the dealership because I figured they would be able to help easier. The first person I saw was rude, expected me to know how to drop off my car. The cashier said I had a 2 year warranty on service, yet their paperwork only says 1 year, and when asked about it, I guess I was supposed to know this.

Douglas I was bullied basically by the sales finance manager into buying an extended warranty and extras I didn’t need or want. This put me upside down in a loan. I will not come back again. Which is a shame. Everyone and everything else is great.

Horrible servicing I have had multiple bad experiences with this company both in buying and in servicing my vehicle. I would never recommend them to anyone. My first oil change was free so I went in with an appt time and sat there for 4hrs waiting for my vehicle to be all for an oil change. My second service I went in for a recall and a tore sensor that was reading my one tire was low but wasnt. I waited for three hrs before someone finally came to me and said I needed a brand new tire which was strange since again none of m... read more

Trying to rob me! Took my car in because the engine light came on and service traction light. After keeping my car for three days they called me and said I needed a new motor which I heard them tell to other customers on the phone while I was there right be Christmas. I have never missed a oil chain or service and I purchased car from them. Took my car back they even left the oil cap off in hopes of doing more damage to my car . 90000 mile service Tony the manager was great in the end will return because Tony try’s really hard to meet the customers needs. Be careful about getting a rental car mine had fleas/mites.

Malibu Had a recall on my car when I called and scheduled they said would not be necessary but maybe 3 hours. Only took 1 1/2

Chev Sonic I went to the dealership on a Saturday and length of the service was terrible. It was crowd and I was there about three half hours . they need to have more staff available on Saturday to work.

Disappointing I went to Bob Bell to test drive a variety of used cars. Their stock, I was told, was limited. I was shown a limited few. I was very interested in Prius. They had a Prius tucked behind some cars but I could not test it. Not told why. The Manager there, apparently, prefers Subaru cause he had a beautiful one parked right next to the store. I wanted to test drive a Subaru to but that one was not available either ;)

Never Again I will never go back to this place once my car is paid off. Customer service sucks and they really don’t care about you. All they are interested in is making a sale. I am a firm believer that you be honest and open with your customer even if it’s less than satisfactory news and you will forever have a customer. Customer service goes a long way. You build rapport with your clients. That’s how you keep a customer and that did not happen in this case.
