Disappointing I went to Bob Bell to test drive a variety of used cars. Their stock, I was told, was limited. I was shown a limited few. I was very interested in Prius. They had a Prius tucked behind some cars but I could not test it. Not told why. The Manager there, apparently, prefers Subaru cause he had a beautiful one parked right next to the store. I wanted to test drive a Subaru to but that one was not available either ;)

Never Again I will never go back to this place once my car is paid off. Customer service sucks and they really don’t care about you. All they are interested in is making a sale. I am a firm believer that you be honest and open with your customer even if it’s less than satisfactory news and you will forever have a customer. Customer service goes a long way. You build rapport with your clients. That’s how you keep a customer and that did not happen in this case.

Once I tell her I needed more than just the oil change she then proceeds to get real dismissive which lead me to believe that she wasn’t trying to do anything outside of just the change. Check your tires before you leave. A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. unacceptable time frame I have had my vehicle serviced there for several years and on my last visit on 05/01/2014 I was asked if my vehicle had been in an accident. I told the service consultant that the only accident I had been in was three years ago. I was then told the service complaint I had for my vehicle was because of a defect/ malfunction of a seal that was replaced from my accident. Great cars, bad customer service I called a few days in advance inquiring about the vehicle i was interested in purchasing. Sales associate seemed to know little about the vehicle and it's features despite having two days to research and access to google. The process took way too long. I came with check in hand and there was only one person in the entire establishment who could process it and of course his time was in high demand.
