Syed H. Alam I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adjusted, tire monitors were some how not work and oil stains inside vehicle. Within a month I was told my starter was mala functioning, another $1800, now withing week of that, check engine sign is own with oil pump pressure sign. They fix one thing and I see three more problems
Dishonesty I am not one to usually lambast a business, but Bob Bell Chevrolet of Baltimore doesn't care about its return customers. I needed a truck which they have, but they lied, saying it was sold "two hours ago!" The truck was still there the following day. So I had a friend called to see if it was still available. They tell my friend that the car is still available and parked right out front. So we call back, and they then tell us the Sales Manager is personally purchasing the truck for himself. Price Gouging I heard a noise from the engine. I scheduled service and went there and was told that a spark plug came loose damaging the ignition coil. I paid $160 to get this looked at. I was told my $160 would not apply to the repair. I was told $1000 to replace all spark plugs and ignition coil. I purchased the parts myself for $220 and my brother replaced the parts in less than 30 min. Simple repair. Also the old ignition coil and 3 of the spark plugs were not bad. DON'T GO HERE!!😡 Zero stars..I was told I was buying a free tires for life warranty almost 2yrs ago..now I need tires and Nobody knows anything about this warranty..I'll never buy from or deal with them again.. DON'T GO HERE!!! 😡😡😡

The Service Center is HORRIBLE!!! ZERO stars!!! This may very well be the LEAST COMPETENT service center in the country! My car failed the emissions test because the engine light was on. I had to take it back two more times after it was supposedly repaired!!! The engine light came on AGAIN within two weeks of it’s so called repair…. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
mislead Waited 14 months for my car to come in. The entire time I thought the price was going to be the same as MSPR. Discussed with the salesman several times and was assured the price wouldn't change. The day I was to pick the car up they added 5K to the MSRP. Will never buy another vehicle from Bob Bell again!!
Annual service check up I think the customer service is races against certain types of people and the maintenance people say they do serve a Sonia cars in they do not completed I had proof. They also offered me a rental car and I spent half the morning waiting for the rental car I could have caught a bus home were used to shuttle service. Customer service lie to me and said we are working on getting you a rental car when I go to pick the rental car up the plaything no one called us.
