Great Experience We had dealt with many of other dealers to find the right deal for us over a 2 week period. Every night we went ready to purchase an impala at these dealers. None of the other dealers were able to match the deal that we received at Bob Bell Chevrolet. Wish I would have went there first. Also, customer service was better than the rest. Clean facilities and friendly staff. I would buy another vehicle at this dealership. The dealership was clean, they had a huge inventory to choose from and everybody was friendly and knowlegeable of there products.

Pleased customer After searching for a car and acceptable trade-in for multiple months, I heard a tv ad and went on this dealer's website. Good service, friendly sales people I had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership. Like buying any used car you need to work at getting a good price but the sales people were honest and straightforward and in the end I got the deal I was looking for.
used car experience I visited Bob Bell last week to purchase a used vehicle. I received a call from the salesman Saturday morning informing me that he would lower the price if I was still interested. I cancelled my appointment to visit the dealer again. After expressing interest in buying the vehicle I was asked to speak to the manager. I was quoted a price much more that the day before. I was trying to get the vehicle for my sons birthday.
