unacceptable time frame I have had my vehicle serviced there for several years and on my last visit on 05/01/2014 I was asked if my vehicle had been in an accident. I told the service consultant that the only accident I had been in was three years ago. I was then told the service complaint I had for my vehicle was because of a defect/ malfunction of a seal that was replaced from my accident. Great cars, bad customer service I called a few days in advance inquiring about the vehicle i was interested in purchasing. Sales associate seemed to know little about the vehicle and it's features despite having two days to research and access to google. The process took way too long. I came with check in hand and there was only one person in the entire establishment who could process it and of course his time was in high demand.
