Being out of state it was important to get a firm offer before arriving. Steve was great and sent me several offers on different models. Once I arrived Jamal showed me the trucks and we settled on the final truck within 30 mins. Paperwork took longer than expected but was in/out in 90 mins.

Cheap finish I bought a 2022 Chevy colorao in October of 2022. 10 months later I noticed the clear coat pelling and I took it to them and they said it looked like acid was put on the paint. After checking I found it was from dragon fly eggs being laid on the paint. Does not seem quite right that the paint doesn’t hold up to bug eggs.they told me it was not covered by my warranty. Think twice before buying a Chevrolet 10 months and it is not covered by warranty

Syed H. Alam I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adjusted, tire monitors were some how not work and oil stains inside vehicle. Within a month I was told my starter was mala functioning, another $1800, now withing week of that, check engine sign is own with oil pump pressure sign. They fix one thing and I see three more problems

I needed a truck which they have, but they lied, saying it was sold "two hours ago!" The truck was still there the following day. So I had a friend called to see if it was still available. They tell my friend that the car is still available and parked right out front. So we call back, and they then tell us the Sales Manager is personally purchasing the truck for himself.
