Velocity Cycles sold me my last two bikes. They knew what I was looking for and contacted me when what I wanted showed up. My bike I ride now which they sold to me is a VTX 1800 which rode to the Rockies and circled the USA with. It has lived up to every claim they made to me about the bike.
I've dealt with Tim at the parts departments and he is so patient and helpful. I always leave that place happier than when I walked in.
Props to Chis and team at Velocity. I had some work done to replace some seals on my BMW and after I had the bike back about a week, noticed they were leaking again. Brought the bike back in and they redid the seals with no charge. They could have told me anything and could have charged me but it was an honest error and they were honest with me. Mistakes happen, but it's how one handles them that makes the difference. Velocity handled it honestly and therefore have my support and ongoing business. Thx Gents!

Been dealing with these folks for about 20 years. 3 generations and still great service. Yesterday no different - in for scheduled annual inspection- completed ahead of schedule while I waited.
