Absolutely horrible. Will never do business with them. Went in to try to test ride a Honda rebel 1100 DCT to see how the automatic aspect works because im looking for an automatic for my wife. I told the guy that and he asked if she had riding experience, to which I replied no. At which point he exclaimed that he would never sell me that bike. Do not take your bike here to be serviced the techs are fucking clue less. Kid changed my bike to gp shift and I never knew. Changed it because he didn’t put my sprocket cover on and was confused on how it went. Shifted the wrong way I believe. I’ve been dealing with a grinding noise that they said was from a chain guard that isn’t from. The noise is still there and now a ticking/knocking when rolling the bike after a tech tightened my chain. What the fuck is going on at this shop they can’t do simple work.
