my personal opinion for what it's worth I wouldn't deal here the owner doesn't seem very friendly or very cooperative just my opinion
Had my machine up for squealing noise took it up on a Saturday they called me Wednesday to tell me they found evidence that something had been stuck in the rim. Picked it up Friday night took it off the truck and the squealing noise is still there! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!
First impression of velocity was great, customer service was great and I was very satisfied. A few months later after numerous emails and phone calls I'm very disappointed. I haven't got one phone call or email returned, not to mention that the crf250l they sold me is garbage. 839 miles on it with proper maintenance, fork seals are leaking beyond repair, clutches are slipping so bad it won't get past 55 mph, the 700$ wheel and tire hazard coverage is useless, it's advertised as roadside but in reality isn't, bike must be tak... read more
