I've been here for two months and the place is excellently well kept, but the best bonus is how friendly, helpful, and fast Rich and Kandy Carr (property managers) are. For example, I was having a problem, went in, they fixed it within 2 minutes, and Rich went outside and waited to visually check that the problem was fixed. He waved me off and all was good in the world! Most companies lack quality customer services, but they don't lack it here. Oh, I rarely give reviews, which should say something.
Great customer service, friendly staff. Rates were phenomenal with easy payment terms.
