We love U-Stor, we have a couple of units and the staff is great! We've never had an issues and they are more than accommodating!
The place is always clean. Everything is always in working order and I've never had any issues with anything, from the keypad gate controller, to the storage room door, to the lighting, or anything. The people running it are very nice and polite and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. Having the ability to pay online is a huge help also. Staff were very helpful in figuring out best storage size I needed. Friendly. Love the ability to access my storage 24 hr a day. They send email, text and voicemails to remind you that your late. We have rented from them 3 different times now. Would recommend them to all.
