The unit never had any rodents chewing up my things and there was never any sign that the weather affected anything in my storage. The fact that you can make payment with a debit card was a big plus for me. I would recommend U-Stor for your storage needs.

long time client but unsatisfied. mice and rats get into the units and eat your stuff. they will not even let you use their dumpster when cleaning out your unit. unprofessional and management changes all the time. do not rent here!

The couple who manage the place is nice. This is no reflection on them. Have been a renter since 2017. My rent DOUBLED without warning in 1.5 year. When I questioned why the district ass-manager was very rude in her response. They are under new management and am told rent will never go up like that again, but they can't do anything for those who rented before 2018. I was lied to by the worker at this place! I called at Christmas to make payment arrangement on my storage and was told that as long as I paid by the end of January everything would be fine. So I made plans accordingly with purchasing extra Christmas items for my family. Come the later part of January and I call to make a payment and guess what?
