The Bryant technician, Chris ******** was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He documented with photos the damage done to my air-conditioning and supporting furnace system. He clearly explained various options to remedy the situation. When the Installers arrive on Wednesday I feel confident they will put in a new system that will last for many years with an excellent warranty and maintenance included.
The technician was on time, friendly, and efficient. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly. Very nice guy and super fast service. Would recommend to family and friends.
