We lost power to part of our home this past Sunday evening. We thought it may have been related to a new Furnace we had installed 5 days prior. So we had Bryant HVAC come out to inspect the furnace to see if that was the cause to our partial power outage. After inspecting the furnace it was found not to be the culprit of our lack of partial power. So The Bryant HVAC gentleman called one of the Bryant electricians to come out and he was wonderful! Our Sales person Tim was very informative with our furnace issues and explained every issue as well as every solution available for those issues. We decided to order a new furnace and was told it could be installed that same evening which helped us with our decision. From the time the technicians arrived (Josh & Jerrel) they assessed the situation and proceeded to install the new furnace. These guys made a plan when they finished that plan was executed with extreme professionalism.
