The technician (James) was extremely knowledgeable and was able to determine what the issues were with the unit within a matter of minutes. He explained what was needed and allowed me to ask questions while making the repairs. He is definitely a well trained, professional technician who provided excellent customer service. I got service the day I called. William **** come out and and showed me what was wrong with my A/C unit and told me what my best options where. He was very respectful! I'm very happy that I don't have to wait on some cool air
