We recently purchased a "soft starter" for our HVAC condenser (it greatly lowers surge current down from ~100A to about the mid 30's. It allows the unit to start/run much quieter & allows it to run on an affordable mid-sized portable generator in the event of a power outage & should allow the equipment to last much longer as it is under much less stress). Had a preventive maintenance performed and found a slight problem with my a/c unit that was repaired quickly. I have been using Bryant for many years and have been very satisfied with the services. The service technicians have been on time and efficient.
