Shawn Jr came to our house to help with our AC he was efficient and polite. Very professional. He helped get a stressful situation under control. We will continue to use this business
The tech was professional at all times…he was very informative as to the condition of our heating system and the need for us to have our humidifier serviced…he also provided info re: other available products/services.

I want to thank Devon ******* for the professional and timely service. I had a problem with my thermostat and he found the problem right away. He explained what caused my problem in lay terms that I could understand. While service calls make me nervous DeVon helped lessen the pain as I wrote out my check. His knowledge and the visuals he shared helped me to better understand how my HVAC really works. I so appreciated his services.
Our electricity had to be cut off at the street because of a rusted and burnt main wire coming into the house behind the meter. My disabled husband could not stay at home with no electricity because he depends on a machine at night. My furnace stopped doing the ‘heating’ thing last winter. I waited till now to have it checked out, before old man winter returns. Turns out, the ‘inducer motor’ on my 8 year old furnace gave out.
