"Dean Flower" I was pleased with the service, but it always seems so expensive having gotten a B 6 and rear brakes. This is compared to GM & Ford dealer service
"Excellent customer service! Honda Loyalist!" I brought my Accord in for its regular maintenance service, and also for the airbag recall service. Melanie was great and gave me a extra 10 percent discount for my service even though i didn't bring the coupon. The service was performed quickly and my car was washed and I got a candy bar for a treat to take home! There was also free coffee and cookies available while waiting. there is also free WiFi and a few TV's to help pass the time! I have owned 3 Honda's over 25 years time.... read more

"Waiting while airbag recall service was performed " Polite, friendly and efficient sales rep. Service performed in a little less time than original estimate. Nice, comfortable waiting area with free coffee and cookies.
"Oil change and tire rotation" Melanie greeted me immediately to see why I was in. I had received a coupon for the oil change and decided to do a tire rotation to with winter not so far off. My experiences are always positive. The write up associates are personable and thankfully the techs. work quickly. She came to the waiting room when it was done, (45 min.) and I was on my way. Roz was working the checkout and she's very pleasant and does her work efficiently and timely too.

"Happy Honda owner" Booked my 30k service appointment online, which was simple and extremely convenient. I showed up five minutes early and was quickly greeted and informed how long the service time would be, approx 1.5 hours. I decided to wait in the lobby which is spacious and includes WIFI. My appt only took an hour fifteen minutes and after paying I was quickly on my way.
"Excellent service!" Very efficient and friendly service. I just got an oil change and they washed my car!! These are the little things that go a long way towards customer satisfaction. Thank you Page Honda.
