Usually use air bnb. Motel not for me that was so old. No where for wet towels, furniture was horrible. Refrigerator didn’t keep ice packs frozen. Location was great

Great No comment I would appreciate if I could get refund for only staying 1 night out 4 Well unfortunately I had 4 nights booked but only stayed 1 night had a family emergency had to leave early would like a discount when I come back in May

Hello George, I see here that you came a day late and then left early. Unfortunately, there is no refund in this case. You came a day late, and there is no refund because we held that room for you and didn't have the opportunity to sell it to someone else because you had it reserved. When you arrived, you signed paperwork stating there were no refunds for early departure.

Disappointing The room was not clean at all. Very dirty. Everything was damp.. smelt very musty inside and the pull out couch smelt like vomit. perfect location for the events we went to while in ocean city

Bad we arrived before 3pm and they were not able to accomodate us. Said they had no more room. Promise we would get a refund that they would inform booking.com, almost a month later and no refund. Worse Customer service on both sides booking.com and madison Motel. Today 9/23/24 I called again and they keep blaming each other. One states we were a no show and the side states the refund was denied because of a late check in. Left messages for a manager to reach out and no one has called. Reservation # 4842.427.173

We asked that you change the name on the reservation to match the ID on the booking.com website, but unfortunately, that was not done, so you were classified as a no-show. Since there was no follow-through on your end.
