I would definitely NOT recommend this organisation. My Golf Cabriolet was showing signs of wear in the roof well before its second birthday. The workshop promised it was covered by warranty and said the parts were ordered and they would ring... guess what.. no phone call. So several months later and several calls from me, finally booked in for repairs some 10 mths later. Guess what, the terrible wear on the roof is not being covered under warranty. Using this dealership for servicing my Golf has been a big mistake. My car is under a novated lease and when I checked my statement MID 2013 I found that the account had been charged for work that was never completed. The exhaust warning light on the dash has been on three times in the last 6 months, but obviously never fixed as I've just paid $3,200 for an engine rebuild - that took 8 weeks. Do not buy from this dealer. I bought a car and got just 10 km from dealership the sales staff is very rude as in hadling sales from a potential buyer and it had issues. It was later discovered to be not roadworthy and a safety hazard. But still I have manage to buy be a car there.

I was ready to sign the Contract at this dealership until the employee arranging finance tried to up-sell the extended warranty and loan insurance to me. I am a lawyer and tried to explain to him that buying extended warranties gives me no greater security than what is already provided for in legislation. He, of course, knew better and began to tell me so. We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. At the time, we had just moved interstate. There was a promotion running for free deal delivery, CTP etc however we were not informed before signing the contract. When we found out the next day, the salesperson said they did not know about the promotion as they had been away.
