I purchased a Touareg from these people almost a year ago and couldn't recommend them highly enough. All the staff are friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. The purchase experience was a pleasure and the after sales service has been excellent.
Never dealt with these guys before, they were very courteous and professional and would not hesitate to go back again in the future.
I was delighted with their sales team approach - extremely helpful and very un-car sales like. No overly pushy sales techniques and overall extremely helpful. It would have been five star rating but for the fact that several months on I am still waiting to receive the spare car key for the car purchased. I hope this is not a reflection of their after sales service.
We bought this car as a second vehicle to replace my Mazda 3 at the last minute. Tom and Mike look after us very well and we would hesitate recommending them to anyone.
Can not fault the service. Friendly, polite, not pushy. Once decided on the VW Golf, I was driving it in a week. Also very happy with the product VW Golf.

Even though there were issues relative to the order provided to one salesman , who had left the company, the replacement salesman handled each of the issues honestly & professionally & to my satisfaction. I would recommend the Dealership.

I don't normally go on these sites and write reviews, but after reading what was written about these lovely people I just had too. It's obvious you can't please everybody, but I was very happy with the service I received from all the sales staff and their manager Craig. My bank couldn't sort my finance out quick enough so Mark was able to help me with a quote, when my bank got back to me, Marks quote was noticably better than my bank of 20 years!
