Exceptional service on a Saturday morning. The workshop was fully booked but given my circumstance the workshop team made space, fixed my car and to top it all lent me a vehicle to attend to some business. The willingness to help and the great outcome (car fixed and no need to wait until the next week to get it fixed) indicate a truly customer focussed team
Just bought a new VW Golf wagon. The sales team member was knowledgeable and very accomodating with a loan car for a few days to give it a good run. Also very good with my trade in and pricing. Early days yet but the car is brilliant and after sales follow up has been good. Usual up selling which I took up even though the extended warranty seemed overpriced for what it offered. Haven't had to have a service yet but hopefully it will match the sales experience. Would recommend both the car and the dealership.
We bought a golf last year and the service has been brilliant. There was a problem with the air conditioner which they fixed under warranty. The breaks needed replacing prematurely and they did it free of charge. I gave them plenty of notice so I could have a loan car for the day. My car always comes back clean and well cared for. Cannot fault them.
Service was good, people were knowledgeable about the cars and happy to help. Like all things need to be ask to get a good deal, but would be happy to do business again. Great Car!!
Im a person that hates car yards and car salesmen but I walked into Norris group Volkswagen kedron just for a look, the 1% finance interested me.I meet Luke, Luke was great not pushy, took time to explain everything & answered any questions .If you're interested in a new car get down to Norris Group Volkswagen Kedron and ask for Luke . Friendly, professional and helpful service staff. My vehicle was serviced and ready in time and at an affordable rate.
Very quick and straight forward process. Mechanic came for a drive with me to listen to the issue and provided a full report at the end of the day. Can't ask any more than that. Very impressed
They have restored my faith and trust in dealerships. Extremely professional and proactive service. Finally somewhere that cares!
