I made the mistake buying my car from Paul Howell and Jayson Russell. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. They promised the world and couldn’t deliver. Their after sales service was appalling. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

They have had my car first for 10weeks though it did come home on the Friday and went back on the Monday, got it back just before Christmas and it has to go back. Was to.d it has wa manufacturing fault that caused my problems and that it would be fixed under warranty, was told by the mechanic that VW would give me a 3 year extended warranty on the motor. I want to share my bad experience with Norris VW Service Department and to help others learn from my experience. I came in for a 90K service for my VW Tiguan on 11/9/17. Service manager (Martin) advised me that my car required a software update as the recall/update was outstanding.I was led to believe that it will not impact on the performance of the car and that i will not notice anything. Buyer beware. I bought a Toyota Aurion from Brisbane MG earlier this month. It was advertised as the best on the market. When I got home, I realised there was a problem. I took it to my local Toyota dealership and they told me that the engine was sludged. It took me weeks to get my money back. They call the Toyota dealership liars when it is them that lied. Be careful. That very car is once again for sale at Brisbane MG. I'd put my money through a shredder before buying a car from this group.

This motor dealer has done everything possible to avoid investigating my claim of a defect on a passat they delivered to me in November. Given I'm in Sydney I'm unable to return the car to their dealership to be assessed. NMG continually refuse to nominate their authroised repairer for me to take the car to. I've had the Divisional Manager of Motor Traders Association take a look and provide a report to the manager and they've stated the claims have ‘been false’ and suggested if <name> 'was to sign off on 1,000 payment to yo... read more

The worst service I have ever received anywhere, very disappointing. So pushy. I felt I was being bullied into buying something that the sales person had not even made any time into telling me anything about it. Would never recommend!

I'm having Deja vu reading annoyed9"s review under. Our vehicle developed a knocking sound and a loud rattle after Norris Servicing installed a new clutch under warranty. The car was returned to Norris who diagnosed a problem with the left front strut. Quoted $690 to replace both struts (car was 17mths old). Advised suspension is not covered by warranty so it would be at our expense. Terrible aftersales service! For an organisation that prides itself in "customer service", I can say I have NEVER had the opposite. Very good to sell you a car, but once there are problems they DO NOT want to know. It took them 6 weeks to resolve an issue with my gearbox, the first time they gave me back my car with the same problem. Their service staff are obviously not very experienced. Bought a nice used car from them for my father and Andrew and Geoff had told him that they would detail it and have a full tank as part of the deal, ready for pick up the next day to drive back down the Gold Coast. The next day upon pick-up, my father (75yrs old) only realised half way down to the Gold Coast that they had only given him less than a quarter tank and had to pull over.He hadn't checked as he took them as men of their word with the previous day's handshake.
