The salesman promised our old furniture would be hauled away, but when the delivery guys showed up they said they weren't allowed to do remove furniture. They left the new furniture outside since there was no room inside. We called the manager all we got was sorry. Why do they have to lie to make a sale?
It's very unfortunate having to write a bad review for something that was once so exciting. 4 weeks ago we drove to El Paso (245 miles one way) to shop for new living room furniture. We went to 5 different stores and found the perfect set here. Service was friendly and not pushy and it looked like prices were good. We ended up having to order our set as they didn't have them in stock. Furniture was never delivered when they said it would be. Now have to wait at least 4 more days.
Siempre es lo mismo te dicen que ya eta tu mercancia lista y no tardan hasta 3 semanas en dartela !!!
Worst customer service in town. Manager was overly rude and would not respect the price we were given. We paid for a dinning set and the manager decided to give us only the table. WTF!?
They did not respect the price for the sale once we went to pick the sale up and they did not want to give the full merchandise, plus the customer service sucks.
