We ordered furniture back in March… we were told it would take about 6ish -8 weeks to get our furniture - which we were ok with. We are now end of August…. And we STILL don’t have our furniture. Our sales guy is the worst!!! He has yet to follow up with us, WE are the ones having to call the store often to get a follow up on our furniture. And every time I call to speak with the Manager, they are always in a “meeting”. I’m guaranteed they will call me back… and they never do. This has been the worst experience ever!!! FYI this business charges 23$ PER DAY of any late payment which btw they never mention in the initial contract or by phone. Good luck trying to make the payments in-store because the person in charge of that takes hours long breaks, blink & you’ll miss her. The “management” there is equally as terrible. PLEASE go anywhere else!
