Im not the type to complain but i had a bad experience here, i wouldnt go back and neither will i recommend this place to anyone.
I paid for three rooms cash and out of those three rooms I only got one room that was complete! It has now been five weeks and I’m still missing my parts and table. They told me that they’ve been having issues with the bedroom set missing parts and the guys in the warehouse opened multiple boxes and there were no parts in any of the sets. If they knew this they should have never of sold a bedroom set with missing parts. this place is just full of liars ..we purchased furniture on the rent to own plan and the salesman told us it was 90 days same as cash..our 90 days are up and are trying to pay it off and they didnt tell us about the extra 10 dollar tax each payment you make plus 50 dollar early payoff fee and that rent to own was 300 more than the purchase price..before you get anything from these people be sure they tell you everything and not lie and say its 90 days same as cash..i will never return to this place and i will be reporting... read more
Terrible experience, ordered 3 bedroom sets and living room set in May 2019. We are now almost in July and have not received all of our items. No one is accountable and place blame on managment, the warehouse, the manufacturer. etc. I do not recommend purchasing from a store that only cares about the money behind the sale and not their customers.
Ordered a king size bed set, never arrived after two months, wanted me to buy the same one for more, very Bad experience.
I went into National Furniture Liquidators looking for 3 beds for my new home. They were apparently having a 1 day sale (half off everything) so the sales rep MANNY told me I needed to get my furniture that day for the price he quoted me. I let the sales representative know that I would not be moving into my new home for three weeks and if me leaving it in the storage would be a problem. My husband and I went there to get a couch. Service in the store was fine but we later found out we were LIED to! We bought the couch and were told we would have it by the following Tuesday at the latest.. that was our may concern since we had family coming and had to have the couch! Our sales guy promised that we would have it. Well Wednesday came by and we still didn’t have our couch!!!
