Fair The toilet lid was broken. Couldn't get the shower to work properly. It will be the last time we take and stay there. I had booked the room for my parents My mom ended up falling and ended up in the hospital I tried to get into her room to be able to get her medication and stuff to take to the hospital and they were giving me a runaround. Fair The beds weren’t the comfiest In the world and the sliding bathroom door was a little weird. We cut our stay a day short and left on Saturday afternoon instead of Sunday. That decision to leave early had nothing to do with the staff or our room itself but more so due to the fact that the people in the room next to us had extremely loud and aggressive sexual relations in the very early morning hours of Saturday and we had a 10 year old child with us, we felt it was in our best interest to leave and not be exposed to that... read more
It was okay, luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room but we were grossed out. Poor cleaning service. Seems like only the sheets & towels get changed because everything else was dirty. I had to put towels in the tub to cover the mold. My room was also very small with nowhere to put my things on & with the floor being dirty we had to leave our things on our bed. There was left over food on the floor (pretzels) and my autistic son almost ate them. The location was amazing honestly. Staff was really kind.
I’ll never stay here again The room was dirty the shower was dirty the toilet had poop on it the neighbor was smoking weed and it was so strong it came through the wall. The one front desk staff was very very rude it was honestly ghetto The location was amazing

Horrible. The place was so dirty. Everything was dirty. The floor was sticky when we arrived. There was no toilet paper. You could tell the shower water handle was not cleaned. The sink took forever to drain. There was dirt all under the beds. We had to buy Lysol wipes just to feel okay enough to stay there.
Very disappointing and not the rest and relaxation we were expecting See above! Mostly that we were lied to about not getting the room we specifically requested! The location was not what we were expecting! We were in a building separate from the original Madison several blocks away! We would have to drive to use the pool, get ice, coffee and other amenities! Fair The basic cable only had 24 channels. The shower was small and the water pressure was not great. The location was great! The pool was nice
