Won’t be staying here again! Rude, nasty receptionist. No ice machine, dirty rooms, lack of closet or place to hang items, no bench or cabinet to sit suitcases on. Very uncomfortable beds. Good location

My overall stay was ok the bed was comfy the room was clean just entirely to small for a family the doors also door does The room was extremely small, the pool also looks bigger in photos, they don’t offer early check in. I had a double room said it was fitting for 2 adults and 2 children but I would say it would be fitting for 2 adults it was so small everyone was on top of each other the whole time. The location was great.

Sucked! It wasn't clean, lied to us.. we were to have 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. And there was only 1 bed and sofa. We were to have bedding for sofa and only had a pillow. No ice the machine was broke. No hair dyer or coffee pot. We had to go get towels when we ran out.. and wasn't worth the money we paid!

Bare-Bones Cheap Place Now Pricey They put me in the back, back section with dicey, hard-to-get-to parking, hard time evenbfinding the building. The TV didn't work--apparently a system-wide hotel issue, then no one came to fix it the 2nd day, either. Toilet seat was loose--left note for maid. Nothing can sum up this stay. The first 3 nights couldn’t sleep. It sounded like horses walking upstairs and playing loud music. Crackheads walking around in the area. Seemed like for 5 days a car parked in front my room like 2 people in it sleeping all day. Every single morning we were woken up at 4am by super loud garbage truck. Unbelievable and never seen anything like it anywhere before are two things that come to mind. A chair in the room, at least one hook to hang a towel on in the bathroom, an electrical outlet close to the floor instead of almost five feet up the wall - not useful for charging your phone. How about a luggage caddy so you don’t have to have your suitcase in the floor! Maybe a toilet paper holder in the bathroom so you don’t have to worry about it falling into the sink or toilet!
