Fair Staff was rude and selevtive of people he approached regarding noise levels after the concert there were 15 to 20 people and approached 4 or 5 to tell them to be quiet. Rude when asking to adjust parking when a 2nd vehicle was parked and sticking out directly next to our vehicle the room was a decent size. Overnight female staff was accomedating with check in time
Fair The sound of the dumpsters being emptied at 5:30 in the morning. There wasn't a table and 2 chairs in the room to sit at. Location.. Walking Distance to the boardwalk
Read above Employee burglarized my room while I was in there. Used a key, door burst open. No knock. Stuttered what he was doing. Complained to mgm. He said we can enter room anytime... refused refund. I left. Employee didn't thing anyone in room. It was a straight up room burglary no working lock inside. I tried to contact booking.com with no luck.

Convenient location, not the best in regards to facilities and probably not worth the price, but overall we had a positi Facilities were very outdated. Paint was peeling off the ceiling, the shelves next to bed were practically ripped out, and the air conditioning was LOUD. We came for Oceans Calling festival, and the location was great. We were able to walk to the festival, didn’t have to worry about parking or driving anywhere, and spent many mornings before the festival on the boardwalk or on the beach.
Price gouging left me feeling like I got taken. Price gouging. Festival pricing for the room was 9X the in-season rate. I booked the room because booking.com showed it as 4.3 stars and a 7.8 out of 10 on their grading scale. What they failed to say was that the stars and overall rating were based on paying $70 a night for this teeny room with no frills. Bad They have hidden fee charges when u show up to check in . Close to the beach
Not as expected Our room, particularly the bathroom, was not clean. The distance from the beach
The location was great, ventilation in bathroom should be added to prevent continued mold build up There was no fan in the bathroom and you could see black mold growing between the wall/ceiling above the toilet. It also wasn't the most clean. There was a weird brown powdery substance on the wall above the toilet.
