repair Compared to a few years that I had my car serviced there I think there has been a great improvement. Not sure if it's due to a change in management but whatever the case may be I saw a big difference from 4 or 5 years ago. A whole lot of improvement.
Great Service I needed to take my car (keys really) in for a recall service. I called for appointment they checked and had the parts. I live close and was done and away in 30 minutes. No problems. I have taken my car in for service to M.K. Smith Chevrolet in Chino many times and have never had any problems. They are all great there.

Great Service, Friendly Staff M.K. Smith was very helpful when ordering my vehicle. They provided status updates on a weekly bases and kept me informed of all milestones. Picking up the car was easy once it arrived. The finance department was very helpful once the car arrived and the overall process was very easy.
M. K. Smith worthy of 5 stars ! I felt great about the information given as well as the time and effort put forth by salesman Dre Smartt. My experience in the financial department with Joe was also very positive. He took time to explain the extended warranty, walked me through the sales contract with great expertise. Have enjoyed my time with the service department and believe it will continue.
Great service all around They were very accommodating stayed open late the gentleman in the finance department helped a lot as well and was very knowledgeable.
Service is top notch I recently had to take my 2013 Impala in for an electrical problem. I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. My options were clearly explained to me and I was treated with respect, which I value very highly. M. K.
