I have been working with Kathy Allen, their leasing agent. She works through the Rogers facility. I actually rented this house "sight unseen" because I was in Texas. It was exactly as described. Kathy made everything go as smooth as possible. She is very easy to work with. She let the appliance guy come in & deliver a refrigerator before we got here & text me a picture of it.
