I wonder if Lindsey Properties saved more than a months worth of rent from their renters..😆😆..banks would probably work with the largest property renters in Arkansas, u think? The company I rent for has leniency on an individual basis and is a small local business. They are doing it. Why cant Lindsey?
The links in Lowell have the worst management and sketchiest maintenance people. They would randomly show up to our apartment to do “quarterly inspections” on months that weren’t scheduled and when they would come and no one would be home, they would take pictures of our apartment and play with my boyfriends firearms. I will never lease or buy from them and I have encouraged hundreds of others to do the same.
I’m just looking to see if the company is doing anything to help during this pandemic. They aren’t. Evicted if 3 days late. Disgusting.
I think it's ATROCIOUS that you are unwilling to suspend rent and evictions for people in the midst of a pandemic. Where do you expect them to go?? AWFUL.
