Applied for a home rental when I was offered a job. Found out days later that the Company and I didn't agree on terms of job, so asked to return deposit (since I had to pay it back to company). Lindsey & Associates decided they didn't want to do that & kept my money only returning half of it. They stole money from me, RENTERS BEWARE! Did you notice all their (1) star ratings?

Warning! Keep track in writing and emails off all problems and also be detailed on the list of things that need to be repaired take pictures of the condition and of mold that will pop up. When you move out they will try to charge over $1500 to your credit for new carpet and paint and other supposed repairs- deposit will not be counted and normal wearing will not be taken into account no mater the years-.
