When we first spoke to Kelly on August 22 we told her we were hoping to get into a house fairly quickly. We were going out with our realtor the next day. At that point she said if we found a house that we wanted she would make it her business to get us to the closing table in 20 days. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish nick was always only a phone call away. If he was not available via phone, a text message was always received. At all times we were informed and were never left feeling anything other than important and valuable to him and his company. To many times your left feeling like just another buyer. Susan is amazing!!! She worked night and day on getting me in my home I wanted. Everything was going great until we hit a speed bump that was on my end! Let me tell you Susan pulled out the big guns she made things happen and she made them happen QUICK! SHE WAS JUST AMAZING i truly believe if she was not the person I was working with I would not have my home.

This is at least the 4th home I have purchased with Lincoln Lending and it has been remarkable. In working with a lender who thought they could do better, I felt I would be fair and give them a chance. They failed and I reached out to Jeff and team yet again and was not disappointed. Lincoln agreed, worked hard, and processed all necessary docs and info to prepare me for closing in less than 5 business days. Pure class.
