Tina Gordon is amazing. I had a very strange mortgage experience and Tina was the ONLY person who worked with me to get me into my first home. I had odd income sources, and I was rejected by other lenders because of silly reasons and they didn't want to work with me. She found a way to get me approved for a great mortgage amount (which I am easily able to afford, but other lenders wouldn't even look at me). Kelly made this process smooth and simple! She was able to answer any questions we had and communicated quickly to my messages! She was very knowledgeable around choosing a loan to better fit our needs when it came to doing VA or conventional and helped us weigh the pros and cons. When we first spoke to Kelly on August 22 we told her we were hoping to get into a house fairly quickly. We were going out with our realtor the next day. At that point she said if we found a house that we wanted she would make it her business to get us to the closing table in 20 days. Here’s why I called her can do Kelly , contract signed on Aug 24th closing took place on Sept 7th. That’s 14 days from contract signing to being given the keys to what will be our forever home.
