"JBA - SAFETY FIRST" I bought a used truck from JBA and took it in for the 1st oil change. They took care of my trucks needs and then advised me about my front wheels which were worn. They offered to work with me to get 2 new front tires, but advised they wouldn't rotate them without changing to new ones as it wouldn't be safe. They also suggested an alignment. "Good service!" Very good customer service and friendly atmosphere. Informed me of check engine light problem beforehand and had additional recommendations./suggestions for other service needs. The car runs great.
"Very happy with visit" Great service from sales team but finance guy was smacking his gum the whole time I was in his office and when he brought me back out to sales, didn't tell them sales paperwork was complete and I was waiting for my vehicle.

"Best Service Writers" Service writers are great to deal with. Very personable; an attribute that is a MUST for me. I refuse to take my vehicles any where else, regardless of the make. I can’t ask for a better dealership.
