"New truck" Only had the truck for a week and everything is going well. The only difficulty I had was finding a truck made in the USA. As a retired UAW member I refused to buy a truck made in Mexico. Non union plant

"Easy and very Pleasant " I felt really well taken of by Mr. Hill and the other employees. The entire process was easy and went quickly. Mr. Hill recommended a couple of options within my price range and based on my needs before we even arrived so I felt well prepared. Buying a new car be intimidating but this was anything but that. I felt like I was given honest answers to my questions and my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend going to JBA and seeing Mr. Hill.

"Window and blinker problem" I had my cheve in for repairs to both windows and a blinker problem with a rattle noise in the column. Driver window works great goes up and down like it should. But the passenger window doesn’t go down but two inches then the window crank just goes around doing nothing. Lucky through it will close. And the stering column still rattled. But your staff is very nice and informative. I liked John very much. Very informative and friendly.
"Worked with us to get payment to wher e we needed it." Was very helpful to get us where we needed to be for payments. Salesperson treated up very well. Worked with us and explained everything about the car in length.
