"Consistently Excellent Service" I’ve been coming to JBA for a while. For a Cavalier, several Corvettes, and now a Bolt. Chevy provides quality cars and JBA takes excellent care of them. The Bolt EV has new technology and JBA service does an excellent job of updating software and repairing any mechanical parts.
"Outstanding buying experience" Larry Bert was an extremely professional sales man. Larry was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience painless and fast. I would give Larry a score of 10 out of 10. I told Larry what it would take to make a purchase and he was able to meet all requests. "Quick and easy service!" Friendly staff and quick service. They estimated that I would be there for an hour to 90 minutes and it was definitely less than an hour. The waiting area is fully stocked and has plenty of seating.
"Serviced my Tahoe" I didn’t buy my Tahoe here but I took it here to have the service and they were wonderful!! Everyone was very friendly and they got me in and out.
"Great service department" Had a problem with my vehicle, check engine light flashing. Brought in for service as a possible warranty issue and the service department handled everything quickly and professionally above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks!
I have had the Camaro on my mind for quite some time. I said to myself I never own a brand new car I have always owned pre-owned vehicles.
